The annual tradition starts Friday and continues through the weekend. Here's what you need to know about the 2016 Dakota Relays.

The event features teams from both high school and college from around the area. Field events will begin at 10:30 AM on Friday, while running events begin at 2:00 PM. The last running event is scheduled to begin at 9:30 PM.

Saturday will see a slightly different schedule. Six different field events will begin at 9:00 AM, while running events will also begin at 9:00 AM. Saturday's last run will be at around 6:30 PM.

Tickets for the event are $15 for both days for adult tickets, or $10 for a single day. Students are able to attend for $10 for both days, or $5 for a single day.

Howard Wood Field will play host again this year. Luckily, unlike most years, the weather is looking to cooperate with a high of 87 on Friday, and 68 on Saturday. NO RAIN! Parking is available outside of Howard Wood Field and is free.
