Faith Temple volunteers have been busy this week preparing for Friday’s food giveaway! That according to Pastor Jeff Hayes.

The shelves are starting to get bare at the various food pantries here in the Sioux Empire, and the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts are teaming up to help.

The Barrel House restaurant is hosting a fundraiser Saturday October 14 to help set up a fund so area students are never left without a hot meal while at school.

Your vote for The Banquet could mean $25,000 to be used locally to continue their ministry.

Sioux Falls children who rely on meal assistance during the school year will receive meal cards to redeem for wholesome Arby’s kids meals throughout the summer.

Feeding South Dakota says The Helmsley Foundation has stepped in to volunteer and donate, helping to bridge the hunger gap in South Dakota.
