Jurors gathered for a final time to announce their decision. The courtroom was different this time, as not even hushed tones filled the vacuum of silence.

Hubers describes a relationship with the entire Westerhuis family, boating, travel and meals together, while claiming to know about the embezzlement.

Describing herself as an employee, Hubers said she was the "Ideal, ignorant employee" who did what Scott or Nicole Westerhuis did without question.

If the Conflict of Interest bill passes the South Dakota State Senate, public officials could face felony charges.
