Terror 29 Haunted House is opening for two days to celebrate Halfway to Halloween!

It was just a matter of time before someone spotted a clown creeping around Sioux Falls. It finally happened Wednesday night.

There are reports that creepy clowns have now been spotted lurking in South Dakota.
