Downtown Sioux Falls has unveiled an “Open Streets” initiative, reimagining the popular Eastbank Block Parties for 2025.

The Open Streets summer kicked off this May, transforming parts of Phillips Avenue into a lively pedestrian haven.

By removing vehicle traffic for special events, DTSF is hoping to foster a more walkable, connected downtown experience that invites exploration and community engagement.

Mark your calendars for First Fridays!
