A mass of cold air is expected to move into the area Monday night as the snow ends. Overnight lows in Sioux Falls could be in the teens below zero. That combined with any air movement will cause severe wind chill temperatures.

"The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes," the National Weather Service said.

Be careful if you have to be outside on Tuesday. Dress for extreme cold, covering exposed skin, and wearing hats and gloves. Also, it's probably a good idea to keep pets inside.
