Time is money especially when you are a busy mom of four kids and you have a Venmo account.

A Tennessee mom went viral on TikTok recently for her controversial confession of not wanting to volunteer at her kids' school. Instead, she said she's happy to contribute via Venmo for school activities.

See the video below and keep reading to see exactly what the self-proclaimed "Venmo Mom" meant.

"I start getting real stressed when they start asking for volunteers," Neal said in her video.

She's referring to teachers asking for parent volunteers to help with various things at her kids' school

"I’m like, ‘Oh no, I know they’re judging me because I’m not raising my hand,’ but I don’t want to do all that extra sh--," the mother of 4 said. "I don’t want to come in. I don’t want to set up."

She went on to explain that she's happy to contribute in other ways.

"If the room mom needs money for everyone to participate, fine. I’ll Venmo money right over," Neal confessed.

"I will make sure my kids obviously do their homework and get to school on time ... but I don’t want to be on PTO, PTA, room mom, team mom — I don’t want to do any of that."

Most moms actually agreed with "Venmo Mom" commenting. "I’ll literally pay for the entire event, just don’t make me actually go."

Even a room mom commented in approval of Venmo moms.

"As a PTO and room mom we appreciate the send money moms. A place for everyone!" she wrote.
