Kelly Clarkson slayed another country cover when she took on Miranda Lambert's "Tin Man" during her Kellyoke segment on The Kelly Clarkson Show. It didn't take long for Lambert herself to not only share the performance from her fellow Texan, but to put her stamp of approval on it.

The "Wranglers" singer included a pink heart and clapping emojis alongside the video from Clarkson's show.

The show's host took a simple, heartfelt approach to the somber song, singing alongside a guitar and organ.

"This song is so hauntingly beautiful," one fan writes in the comments. "Please make it a duet and re-release."

"Not a song she can't sing that's out there," another shares. "This has got to be my favorite cover of TinMan!!!!!"

"I love Kelly's rendition, but it only I hadn't heard Miranda's first," a comment reads with a laughing emoji. "Great versions by both ya'll."

Kelly Clarkson Wishes She Wrote "Tin Man"

It's not the first time Clarkson has taken on the song. She's covered it before at shows and has talked about her love for the track.

"I love this song," she says in a video from five years ago. "I love when I hear a song and I wish I had written it. It's such a bummer when you're like, 'Damn, I could have done that.'"

"I sing a lot of Miranda Lambert songs because I think she's a fantastic artist," she adds.
