All The SDSU Playoff Game Info You Need This Week

South Dakota State football had a great weekend of rest as they prepare for their first playoff game this week against Northern Iowa.

SDSU snagged the 7 seed after an 8-4 regular season which secured them a first-round bye.

Now they will host UNI on Saturday at Dana J Dykehouse Stadium in Brookings.

Game time is set for 1 PM and the game can be seen on ESPN3.com.

SDSU head football coach John Stiegelmeier is calling on all Jack's fans to come out and support his team and is looking forward to the matchup saying "we need 15,000 people in the stands. I'm gonna keep saying that."

South Dakota State defeated Northern Iowa on November 16 in dominating fashion 38-7 at home in Brookings.

We will see if SDSU can repeat that performance and move on to the next round of the FCS Playoffs.

If SDSU wins, they will take on the winner of #2 James Madison and Monmouth on Saturday.
