Wyoming Town Repeals Smoking Ban [AUDIO]

Casper, Wyoming is doing an "about face" on smoking restrictions.

Less than a year after enacting a smoking ban, the city council has reversed itself.

Smoking will still be banned in restaurants, but will now be allowed in bars.

Bar owners complained about losing business.

We're losing business to nearby towns that allow smoking.
