So many women are torn between responsibilities at home and at the office, but according to a new study, all that work is worth it. Your career may actually be good for your kids.

A Harvard University Business School study found that daughters of working moms typically grow up to be more successful than girls of stay at home moms.

Researchers studying 50 thousand children of career women in 24 different countries found that working moms make about 23 percent more money, and are not only more likely to be employed, but also more likely to be bosses.

They also discovered their sons are more likely to share household and childcare duties. Scientists believe it's because they're more than just moms, they're professional role models.
