SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A Sioux Falls woman has been sentenced to about two months in jail for stealing money from clients of a nonprofit that serves people with disabilities.

The Argus Leader reports that 30-year-old Jodi Aulner pleaded guilty to petty theft on Monday and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Aulner was a group home supervisor for the LifeScape nonprofit. She agreed to pay nearly $1,200 in restitution.

Two other LifeScape workers face charges for alleged abuse of clients. South Dakota's Department of Human Services has outlined a number of improvements that LifeScape must make by Oct. 9 to avoid having its certification revoked.
