Winner House Explosion Injures 5

WINNER, S.D. (AP) — Authorities say five people were injured after a house exploded in Winner.

The Daily Republic reports that the blast occurred at about 6:30 a.m. Friday. The explosion is believed to be propane-related.

Four of the victims were transported to a Minneapolis burn unit. One woman was released from a local hospital on Sunday.
