RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A gun show in Rapid City over the weekend drew a larger-than-normal crowd, and organizers say the renewed debate over gun control since the Dec. 14 school shooting in Newtown, Conn., is a big reason.

More than 1,400 people attended the Rapid City Rifle Club's winter gun show on Saturday, when a typical crowd numbers about 900.

Gun show manager Lee Rohrer tells KEVN-TV that a hot item was types of ammunition that he says some people are afraid might be banned.

Chad Riddle was one of those shoppers. He tells the Rapid City Journal he fears that gun magazines that hold 10 or more rounds will soon be outlawed.
