A Sioux Falls woman was charged with several offenses, including second-offense DWI, after a crash Wednesday evening.

Officer Sam Clemens says 42-year-old Tina Marie O'Brien turned off North Cliff Avenue at East Bennett Street, drifted off the roadway and struck a guywire on a pole, causing her vehicle to roll.

Clemens says O'Brien allegedly had taken prescription pills in the wrong dosage.
In addition to DWI, she was charged with no insurance, expired license plates, reckless driving and ingesting.
