YANKTON, S.D. (AP) — Organizers of the 2015 World Archery Youth Championships in Yankton are looking for volunteers to help with the nine-day tournament in June.

World Archery's executive board announced last June that the National Field Archery Association Easton Yankton Archery Center would host the event. Yankton beat out several other locations including Mexico City.

The tournament June 8-14 is expected to draw about 600 competitors from 60 countries.

The Daily Press & Dakotan reports that more than 40 worker positions and nearly 1,000 shifts need to be filled. Positions range from greeters to field helpers.
