If you received some tree damage thanks to the thunderstorm that came rolling through Sioux Falls on Tuesday night you're not alone.

KDLT News is reporting, the Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation Department took a few calls from people living on the city's north side, that experienced tree damage. Most of the calls pertained to large tree parts that had broken off during the storm and ended up in people's yards and in city streets.

Crews were out until 4:30 in the morning on Wednesday (September 20) cleaning up storm damage.

According to KDLT News, citizens can always call the Park and Recreation Department for cleanup assistance, but, there are limitations on what they can and cannot do.

While a handful of residents did report tree damage during Tuesday night's thunderstorm, KDLT News claims no one in Sioux Falls reported any home damage.
