Torri Hunter, Michael Cuddyer, LaTroy Hawkins Returning to Minnesota Twins

The Minnesota Twins announced on Monday that former Twins stars Torri Hunter, Michael Cuddyer and LaTroy Hawkins will be rejoining the organization.

The trio will now become special assistants to the baseball operations department.

The role of the three will involve them traveling to the Twins affiliates and working with their minor league players in a instructional role.

I think this is a great move for the Twins as they bring in a new regime in the front office, it will be a great asset to have more former stars helping develop the talent in the minor league system and instilling in the younger players what it takes at the Major League level to succeed as all three did during their playing days.
