Toby Keith Concert Fan In Trouble

(AP) - He went to see a Toby Keith concert. But authorities in Camden, New Jersey says it's what he did outside the venue that has Darren Walp in trouble.

Police say the 33-year-old man climbed a fence into a nearby housing complex, waved a Confederate flag and shouted racial slurs at residents. The Keith concert was near an apartment complex in a city where most residents are minorities.

Walp is charged with bias intimidation, harassment and criminal trespassing. And it's possible that because of the racial nature of the crime, the Feds may become involved.
