Three North Dakota residents are charged after the latest prostitution arrest in Sioux Falls.

Lieutenant Loren McManus says the case began as police investigators followed an online ad Tuesday evening.

McManus says the officers from the Street Crimes Unit and the Narcotics Section made contact with the woman and agreed to meet for sexual services for money.

When they met at the agreed-upon location, the woman was arrested, and two people who showed up later to pick her up were also arrested.

McManus says 30-year-old Tara Marie Kochneff of Fargo was charged with prostitution and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Two other Fargo residents, 27-year-old Yeavonne Favors and 33-year-old James Soto, were arrested for pimping.
