Growing up I loved my Minnesota Twins.  On the opposite end of that spectrum were the hated New York Yankees.  But with that being said, there was that, well, that one Yankee that you coudn't help but admire.

Great?  Well, that would be like calling the Atlantic Ocean a pretty sizable piece of water.  Mickey Mantle was more than great.  Mickey mantle was iconic.

Any conversation concerning the absolute greatest that ever played the game would include the name Mantle.

Now, all these years later, we learned a lot more about Mickey Mantle, the person off the field.  It wasn't very pretty.
