George Strait has been putting out hit songs non stop since the early 1980's. He is now going into his fourth decade of doing so.

He has kept the same style and sound all the way. When you hear one of those classics from the 80's though, it takes you back to a great era.

I have a particular song in mind. George Strait's 1987 classic "All My Ex's Live In Texas" is the one I'm talking about.

This song was Strait's 19th single, which became his eleventh number one single and the fourth of eleven number one's in a row.

The song was included on his 1987 Ocean Front Property album. It was written by Lyndia Shafer and Sanger D. Schafer.
