(AP) - Authorities in Tennessee will be keeping a close eye on a man charged with stalking John Rich as well as a 17-year-old girl.

A judge has ordered Mark "Chris" Sevier to wear a GPS tracking device until he can be mentally evaluated. The judge says having the man wear the GPS is the "least restrictive" condition he could put on the 36-year-old suspect, who is charged with aggravated stalking, stalking and criminal impersonation.

The Tennessean newspaper reports that Sevier is accused of stalking Rich for years, sending him numerous emails - including a half-naked picture of himself draped in an American flag and covered in a substance that looked like blood.

The judge has ordered the man to have no contact with Rich, his family or the young - or mention any of them on any social media platform.
