South Dakota to Showcase State’s Role in Firearms Industry in Las Vegas

South Dakota's role in the firearms industry will be stressed next month when eight communities and an energy company join the Governor's Office of Economic Development at a high-profile trade show in Las Vegas.

The Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show will run January 20-23, 2015.

Those represented will be Aberdeen, Britton/Glacial Lakes Area Development, Huron, Madison, Pierre, Sturgis. Vermillion and Yankton, along with Black Hills Power of Rapid City.

Governor Dennis Daugaard says the SHOT Show is a great way to showcase the benefits of doing business in South Dakota.
