South Dakota State Park ‘Free Fishing Weekend’ Campsite Reservations Open This Weekend

If you are a fan of the great South Dakota State Parks or if you'd like to experience them for the first time, the upcoming FREE Fishing Weekend is a great chance to get the whole family out for a fun time.

I've spent a lot of time in State Parks all across South Dakota.  Love 'em!  Saturday Feb. 15th is the first day you can make a reservation for a May 16 arrival, which is the start of the Open House and Free Fishing Weekend.

Entrance fees and fishing licenses are not required this weekend. Camping fees, as well as fishing regulations and limits, still apply.
