Vermillion, S.D.  (AP)  The South Dakota City of Vermillion will lose one of its largest employers when a call center with 180 workers closes.  Stream Global Services told employees this week that it plans to shut down the Vermillion facility in late October.  The company didn't give a specific reason, say that it was "realigning resources" to better meet client needs.

Mayor Jack Powell estimates that about one-third of the workers and University of South Dakota students.
