The Sioux Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau knows how to think outside the box when it comes to marketing our city. June 15-19, 2015, the Sioux Falls CVB will be in Washington, D.C.  for their annual Sales Blitz.

The mission of the CVB is to market Sioux Falls as a one-of-a-kind visitor destination. The campaign encourages planners to consider Sioux Falls for their next business meeting, convention or event and will reach more than 21.4 million people.

Not only will the sales team be conducting over 25 one-on-one appointments, they'll host meeting planners for coffee at three different Starbucks locations. Marketing efforts include direct mail, Pandora audio and even metro bus wraps like the one pictured above. The buses will run the entire month of June through the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. as well as other areas like Arlington, Georgetown and Bethesda.
