As a follow up to Monday's Neighborhood Meeting at the Bishop Dudley Hospitality House in Sioux Falls, director Chad Campbell says he has an open door policy.

"Without communication and dialog, we will not be able to work through and solve any of the opportunities---any of the things that we want to talk about. I'm an open book. Anytime someone has questions or issues, I hope that they feel free to give me a call. I'm not a big scary individual. I'm just like everybody else. I want everyone to know that I'm approachable. We can talk and talk about the issues."

Campbell says he is willing to work with residents that are concerned about the shelter.

"Exactly because I can always come up with a solution and say 'this is what I think should be done.' But, I think it's so much better when you have the collaboration and discussion with other individuals who see issues and concerns and bring their foresight to the table. We make the decisions together. Everyone has the buy in on the solution."

Campbell says he can be reached at the Bishop Dudley Hospitality House. The number to call is 809-8424.
