A man from Michigan is charged with prostitution after his arrest in Sioux Falls.  Information officer Sam Clemens says police were called by the manager of the Baymont Inn in Sioux Falls after she noticed suspicious activity by a man who had rented a room there.  Clemens says the manager suspected prostitution.

In Clemens words,  "she found an ad that this person had placed on an internet site basically advertising prostitution.  The manager then called police.  We had an undercover officer that called a number this person had posted and basically made an arrangement to meet at this hotel.  The suspect ended up telling the officer the fees for the different acts.

Twenty three year old Johnathon Martell Durhal of Detroit, Michigan is charged with prostitution and practicing massage without a license.
