During Friday's Police Briefing in the Law Enforcement Center, Sioux Falls Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says arrests have been made following a mob attack on Wednesday.

"We ended up finding out so far two of those people involved. One of them is a 17-year-old male charged with rioting and simple assault. The other was 18-year-old Tyler Schwebach. He was also charged with rioting."

Clemens says up to 30 teens severely damaged a man's car while trying to attack him.

"We'll see a couple of groups that may not like each other. They come together. But, having a group this size attacking one specific person---we haven't seen before in Sioux Falls."

Clemens says the investigation continues.

"Yes more arrests are likely with this. Detectives are still following up with some good leads. We'll be working the case in the future."

The teenagers used bats, clubs and bares to beat the car and smash its windows. No injuries were reported.
