Sioux Falls Man’s Pants, Underwear Ripped Off

Sioux Falls Police are searching for a man and woman that allegedly robbed a man of his clothes on Saturday at the Red Roof Inn.

Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says a motel guest saw the victim.

"The guest was outside smoking and all of a sudden he saw a guy running outside the motel wearing nothing but a t-shirt. What happened was this guy or victim said he had met a couple of people earlier that day and went to hang out in their room. Once he was inside the room, the victim said the man hit him over the head with something. He then took the victim's pants and underwear. He had some keys inside the pants. Once the assault happened he ran outside the motel."

The hotel guest was able to find a pants for the victim, who later received a number of stitches and staples for his injuries.
