An incident on Friday at West Lyon High School near Inwood, Iowa led to two juvenile referrals and an arrest warrant. According to authorities there were reports of underage drinking and illegal drug use at the school.

The two boys involved were both issued a juvenile referral for underage possession of alcohol. Also one of the boys was issued a second referral for carrying weapons. Then on Sunday arrest warrants were issued for 20-year-old Ricardo Rasgado-Martinez of Sioux Falls, for carrying weapons in a weapons free zone and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, all serious misdemeanors.
