SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A Sioux Falls business owner is embroiled in a dispute with the city over the location of used boats.

Dakota Marine & Repair owner Mary Drake says she feels she is being harassed by the city about boats that are often scattered along the street curb and parked in nearby vacant lots.

Drake says city officials told her the boats are an eyesore to people who visit nearby Falls Park, the city's namesake attraction along the Big Sioux River.

Drake tells the Argus Leader she received a series of parking tickets days after a meeting with Sioux Falls Mayor Mike Huether and others, and hours before the annual Fourth of July parade that runs directly in front of her business.

Huether says Drake's shop has not been unfairly targeted.
