ARMOUR, S.D. (AP) — Law enforcement authorities in Douglas County are looking for the person who damaged the concrete floor of a hog barn that's under construction.

Sheriff Jon Coler tells The Daily Republic that someone used a tractor pulling a tile plow and drove it down the center of the recently poured concrete floor at the barn about 8 miles northeast of Armour.

Coler says the suspect tore through the concrete and rebar of the floor that was poured Monday. Coler says the vandal damaged the floor at some point between 6 p.m. Monday and early Tuesday.

Ethan Co-Op Lumber is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of whomever damaged the floor.

Coler says the cost to repair the floor hasn't been determined.
