DRAPER, S.D. (AP) — SDSU Extension is holding a winter wheat meeting in Draper on Tuesday.

Agronomist Nathan Mueller will discuss changes to the recommended and acceptable-promising variety list, results of the crop performance testing trials and highlights of the production year.

Commodity Marketing Specialist Lisa Elliott will provide an outlook for wheat prices based on supply and demand and talk about other crops raised by producers. She'll also discuss potential changes in the crop insurance program.

The free meeting will be held at the auditorium and begin at 6:30 p.m. with a meal.

The winter wheat meeting has been running for more than 20 years.
