Sanford Opening Newest Clinic in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Dakotas-based Sanford Health is opening its newest clinic in Sioux Falls on Monday.

Sanford says an open-house was held on Saturday at the family medicine and pediatric facility is at the corner of 69th Street and Louise Avenue. The 24,000-square-foot facility has 36 exam rooms with four pediatricians and one family medicine provider will practice.

Pediatrician Candice Nelson says the clinic was tailor-made for families with I-Spy graphics in the exam rooms to color-coordinated signs pointing patients in the right direction.

The clinic also features a community room that can be used for educational opportunities for patients, such as parenting classes.

Sanford Health is based in Sioux Falls and Fargo, N.D.
