If Sioux Falls receives freezing rain during the day, Gaylynn Huber of the Sioux Falls Street Department says his crews are already on the job.

"We brought a sanding crew in at midnight.  We weren't sure how much we're going to get (if it was going to be snow or freezing rain).  We're going to make sure the roads are safe for the morning commute.  We've been monitoring the streets since midnight.  We have a split shift going on right now.  This crew is going to work till noon and I have another crew coming in at noon.  During the day today, we'll figure out what we'll have to do between midnight tonight and Tuesday morning."
