SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A Sioux Falls woman charged with drug possession and child neglect after a December fire that killed her three children is facing more charges for drug use and failure to appear.

KSFY television reports that Rhiannon White had been held since being apprehended March 28 in Sibley, Iowa, after skipping a Sioux Falls court hearing that day. She's accused of possessing methamphetamine and marijuana while free on bond.

Judge Bradley Zell set White's bond at $10,000 but warned her that if she misses additional court appearances, she'll risk new charges.

Her defense attorney says White was confused about her earlier court date and did not mean to skip.

White lost her children to a house fire on Dec. 22. Authorities allege that she tested positive for meth.
