ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) — The Presentation College men's basketball team has forfeited three games due to a self-reported player eligibility violation.

The Saints forfeited the first three games of the season in November, all of which were wins. They also forfeited two exhibition victories against NCAA Division II teams Black Hills State and South Dakota School of Mines, which were regular-season contests for those schools.

Athletic director Greg Heier tells the American News that two transfer players were involved in the eligibility violation. Presentation submitted a report to the NAIA after discovering the violation.

The NAIA will make a final decision on sanctions.
