Police: Sioux Falls Sex Offender Masturbating at Drake Springs Pool

Sioux Falls Police arrested a man who exposed himself at Drake Springs pool to a mom who was picking up her kids on Friday afternoon.

"While she was parked there," Police Spokesman Sam Clemens told us, "she noticed another car pulling next to her. She looked over and saw the man exposing himself and was fondling himself. He was there for a few minutes and left."

That's when the mom followed the man's car for a short distance.

"The mom was able to get a license plate number of his car. We were able to find him and found out he was a sex offender. The man was arrested for indecent exposure and loitering within a community safe zone."

Clemens identified the suspect as 35-year-old Luis Alberto Galvan of Sioux Falls.
