Park Ridge Gas ‘N Pak Cited for Selling to Alcohol to Underage Customer

Sioux Falls Police say a compliance check of 21 off-sale liquor establishments in the city on Wednesday turned up one violation.

Information Officer Sam Clemens says the one business out of 21 that made the sale to an underage person was Park Ridge Gas 'N Pak at 1801 South Western Avenue:

The clerk who sold to a minor was cited for furnishing alcohol to a person 18-20 years old and will be required to appear in court.

Police say businesses that sell to underage persons may face fines, suspensions, or loss of their liquor or malt beverage licenses.
