Online Ad Purchase Turns Violent in Sioux Falls Parking Lot
Authorities say a transaction in a parking lot that started with an online ad became violent when a woman purchasing a cell phone paid for the item and the sellers stole it back from her.
The incident happened in the parking lot in the 3700 block of West 41 Street on Saturday February 27 just before 10:00 PM.
Authorities located several suspects in the parking lot and another in the 3200 block of South Louise Ave.
The names have not yet been released by authorities, but descriptions have been provided of those arrested and in the Minnehaha County Jail.
1) 20 year old, black male, Sioux Falls resident) for 2nd Degree Robbery.
2) 21 year old, black male, Sioux Falls resident) for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
3) 19 year old, black male, Sioux Falls resident) for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
4) 21 year old, black male, Sioux Falls resident) for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
5) 21 year old, black male, Sioux Falls resident) for Aiding and Abetting Robbery.
