One Dead In Car Crash in Southwest Sioux Falls
A two-car crash in southwest Sioux Falls has left one woman dead.
Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says 64-year-old Diane Lynnette Adler was driving a 2013 a Honda Accord west when the vehicle crossed over into eastbound traffic, where it collided with a 2013 Honda CRV. Adler died at the scene, while 25-year-old Rachael Mae Johnson of Sioux Falls, who was driving the CRV, was not injured.
The accident happened just after 6:00 PM Thursday night, December 4th on 57th Street between Valley View Road and Sundowner.
Police are investigating. Clemens says speed and alcohol were not factors, and he says it's not known why Adler's vehicle crossed the center line.
