November 25, 1984 – 36 Artists Gathered to Make a Difference

Seems like just yesterday - November 25, 1984, 36 top musicians gathered in a studio in London to record a song and video to help raise money for famine relief in Ethiopia.

The group called themselves Band Aid, and the song is called "Do They Know it's Christmas?"

After watching the video, I'd have to say the song, and what it stands for, is just as relevant today as it was back in 1984.
