Think back to a time when legends lived. Old Hollywood. Jazz classics. Sophistication with an air of unpredictability.

That is how the newest steakhouse coming to Sioux Falls is described on its website.

Foley's Fish, Chop, and Steakhouse closed at the end of 2016 and Morrie's Steakhouse will soon open in its place.

Vanguard Hospitality acquired Foley's last year. Chief operating officer, Tim Meagher, says Morrie's is "1930's classic steakhouse meets contemporary, chef-driven cuisine."

According to the website, the menu will feature popular items from Foley's menu plus a new selection of outstanding cuts of meats, seafood, sides, wine and crafted cocktails.

According to the website, the new restaurant plans to open January 10, 2017.
