I'll bet this doesn't happen very often in New York City. An Iowa man faces charges of stealing a tractor and leading Spencer, Iowa police officers on a slow speed chase.

According to the Sioux City Journal, around 1:30 AM Monday morning officers responded to a call of a suspicious tractor in the First English Lutheran Church in Spencer, Iowa.

When the officers approached the tractor 38-year-old Jeremy Starkson put the tractor in gear and drove off.

Officers tried to pull Starkson and the tractor over, but it seems he wouldn't stop. The officers had to put down stop sticks to disable the tractor.

Starkson ended up driving through a lawn and into a squad car.

Starkson was eventually taken from the stolen tractor and charged with assault, eluding a police officer, reckless driving, and a few other things.

These seem kinda like the actions of a drunk man, wonder if Driving Under the Influence will be added in there?
