Shania Twain has come along way in her life as a country music artist. Selling millions of albums worldwide, has Twain as the most popular female artist in country music history.

Now she is ready to embark on a whole new career, that of an actress. She co-stars along side actor John Travolta, in an upcoming movie due to hit theaters in February.

The film Trading Paint, comes out on February 22. It's a story about people involved in auto racing and how their lives become strained.

Travolta portrays a father who suffers a falling out with his son, played by Toby Sebastian. Differences between the two arise over their involvement with the race track.

I'm really excited, for many reasons, about getting a chance to see this film. The number one being, seeing a great country star, who I've promoted their music for on my radio shows, in an acting role.

Similar situations with other artists, would be Dwight Yoakam, Tim McGraw, Dolly Parton, Jerry Reed and Kris Kristofferson. Shania said working with Travolta was fabulous and he totally helped her with her acting debut.
