A wonder evening of entertainment took place Tuesday night (9/11) at the University of Sioux Falls in the Jeschke Fine Arts Center. Country music star Suzy Bogguss put on a performance that the audience that was there will always remember.

Beth Warden and I had the great honor of introducing Suzy on stage. And as a bonus, we spent a lot of time with her backstage prior to the show.

We really enjoyed our time with her. Suzy is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I learned this years ago in a past experience when I had Suzy as a guest on my radio show.

Suzy performed all of her hit songs for the fans and many more. She continued to play until past ten o'clock, which was way more than the audience expected.

She has a vast history in country music with a solo career that began in the 1980's. During the 1990's, Suzy put out a string of hits. She has three gold and a platinum record to her credit. Plus a Grammy and awards from the Country Music Association as well as the Academy of Country Music.
