Christmas is coming to Sioux Falls a little early this year.

Mannheim Steamroller is celebrating the 32nd anniversary of its first Holiday Tour with a show at the Washington Pavilion - the Sunday before Thanksgiving - November 20, 2016, at 7:00 PM.

In 1974, former commercial jungle writer Chip Davis founded the group, in Omaha. Over the past four decades, Mannheim Steamroller has sold more than 40 million albums.

The group's first foray into holiday music came with the release of the Christmas album in 1984. That release climbed into the Top 50 on the Billboard album chart. Since then, 11 additional Mannheim Steamroller holiday albums have cracked the Top 50.

Tickets are $38, $55, and $65 and go on sale to the general public, Friday, July 22, 2016, at 10:00 AM. They can be purchased at the Washington Pavilion Box Office or by calling (605) 367-6000.
