RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — Authorities say a South Dakota man has been charged in a traffic crash that killed a Rapid City woman.

Twenty-six-year-old Cherron Sitting Crow was killed in a Monday evening crash near Hereford, and her 18-month-old son was injured. Sitting Crow was a passenger in a car driven by 27-year-old William James Chasing Hawk Sr., of Eagle Butte.

South Dakota Highway Patrol Capt. Kevin Karley tells the Rapid City Journal that Chasing Hawk has been charged with vehicular homicide, vehicular battery and driving with a revoked license.
